Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to orders
Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and clinical progress
Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to create and follow care plans
Maintain clear, timely electronic documentation and communicate handoffs effectively
Assist patients with activities of daily living while preserving dignity and comfort
Recognize and escalate changes in condition and respond calmly in emergencies

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania required
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or must obtain upon hire
Up to date immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening
Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited practical nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate documentation
Basic patient assessment, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Infection control, safety protocols, and adherence to clinical policies
Time management and prioritization in a fast paced clinical setting
