Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail
- Accurately document patient interactions and clinical observations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent care
- Follow facility policies and maintain high standards of safety and infection control
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay current and confident
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and coworkers
Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as required for the role
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to pass background and credentialing checks
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant certificate, diploma, or associate degree preferred depending on role
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient-centered care principles and best practices
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
