Shift Type: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process to make a real difference!
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care!
Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to deliver top-notch emergency care!
Develop individualized care plans that put patients first!
Document accurately to maintain high standards of care!
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and share your innovative ideas!

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin RN license - let's get started!
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications - you're ready for anything!
Education verification required - we keep things thorough!
Strong experience in emergency nursing - bring your skills to our team!

Knowledge & Skills

Solid grasp of the nursing process and patient assessment
Expert medication administration and documentation skills
Care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
Critical thinking and patient safety focus
