Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough cleanings and prophylaxis to maintain oral health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Utilize your assistant to maximize efficiency and focus on patient care

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to patient comfort
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Ability to educate and motivate patients
• Strong documentation and charting skills
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic records
