Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient experience
• Take and develop dental X-rays to aid in diagnosis
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and at-home care techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Sterilize instruments and keep the treatment room ready for each patient
• Support Dr. Gorski's team in delivering exceptional dental care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain before start)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to patient comfort
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work an evening schedule
• Previous dental hygiene experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental cleaning procedures and preventive care
• Familiarity with dental radiography and safety protocols
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to make patients feel at ease
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and patient records
