Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
• Perform dental X-rays and intraoral imaging with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and aftercare
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and instruments
• Proficiency in taking and processing radiographs
• Ability to educate patients effectively
• Attention to detail and patient-centered care approach
• Familiarity with dental software and record keeping
