Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents: bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility assistance
Monitor and document patient conditions accurately and promptly
Assist nursing staff with daily clinical tasks and follow care plans
Create a warm, respectful environment that promotes dignity and independence
Communicate changes in resident condition to the care team clearly and proactively
Support safe transfers and fall-prevention measures during every shift

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain prior to start)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Clean background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
Dependable, compassionate attitude with strong teamwork skills
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, safe transfers
Good communication and documentation skills
Infection control and proper PPE usage
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing staff
Attention to detail and strong time-management on shift
