Shift Type: To be scheduled; 8-hour shift (total hours: 8). Specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with the facility.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Assist nursing staff with vital signs, observations, and documentation in a timely manner
Support residents during meals, mobility, and hygiene with dignity and respect
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures
Report changes in resident condition promptly to appropriate clinical staff

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state-required credentials)
Active authorization to work in the U.S. (as applicable)
Ability to pass background check, TB screening, and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered approach
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed state-approved CNA training program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Basic knowledge of infection control and safety practices
Accurate documentation and charting habits
Comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Able to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
