Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and feeding support to residents
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using mechanical lifts
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment
• Support residents during mealtimes and document intake
• Participate in care conferences and communicate with the care team

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
• At least 2 years of experience as a CNA
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and support residents safely
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and basic computer skills
