Shift Type: 8-hour shifts (exact start/end times and days vary by facility scheduling and will be provided during onboarding)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living to maintain dignity and comfort
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist with patient mobility and transfers using safe body mechanics
Support hygienic care including bathing, grooming, and toileting with respect and privacy
Document patient interactions and care accurately in the facility record system
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain infection control standards and a clean, safe patient environment

Qualifications

Current CNA certification valid in Pennsylvania
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening per facility policy
Up-to-date immunizations as required by the facility
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited CNA program
Current CNA certification/license in Pennsylvania

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
Able to accurately take and record vital signs
Knowledge of basic infection control practices and patient safety
Comfortable with electronic documentation and charting
Team-oriented with effective communication and time-management skills
