Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and mobility with dignity and respect
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Help keep patient rooms and care areas clean, safe and comfortable
Communicate effectively with patients, families and interdisciplinary team members
Support safe patient transfers and use proper body mechanics to prevent injury

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (CNA) required
Valid state certification for Georgia or eligibility to obtain state certification
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and working as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and any required screenings

Education

CNA certification required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and activities of daily living
Vital signs measurement and patient observation
Charting and documentation best practices
Infection control and safety procedures
Teamwork, time management and clear communication
