Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Collaborate with nursing team to ensure quality care
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and patient comfort

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in West Virginia
• BLS/CPR certification
• At least 1 year of recent CNA experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
