Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition promptly
Support safe transfers and use of mobility aids to prevent falls and injuries
Help create a warm, welcoming environment by building trusting relationships with residents
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with nursing staff and leadership

Qualifications

Active CNA certification required
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings
Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach to care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and infection control practices
Familiarity with safe resident handling and transfer techniques
Comfortable taking and documenting vitals and basic observations
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to follow care plans
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
