Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care and support daily living activities
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility with dignity
Take and record vital signs accurately and report meaningful changes to the RN
Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and visitors
Communicate clearly with the care team to support coordinated patient-centered care
Document care delivered promptly and professionally in the patient record

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and basic patient care
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first attitude
Ability to pass required facility screenings and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

Patient hygiene and mobility assistance
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection control and safe handling practices
Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
