Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs accurately, reporting any changes promptly
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Support residents with meals and hydration, documenting intake as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and uphold infection control standards
• Communicate warmly with residents, families, and the care team to promote the highest quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• A heart for caring and a positive, compassionate attitude
• Ability to work a 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM per diem shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus, but we welcome new CNAs ready to learn

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety techniques
• Ability to observe and report changes in residents' condition
• Comfortable using mobility equipment and following care plans
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset
