Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) with compassion and dignity
- Provide safe, hands-on care including transfers and ambulation assistance
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs and resident observations
- Support nursing team with timely communication and clear documentation
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through attentive, respectful care
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- CNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and safe transfer techniques
- Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Infection prevention and control practices
- Clear, professional documentation and communication
- Compassionate resident-centered care and teamwork
