Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional health to the nursing team
• Assist with meals and hydration, helping residents maintain proper nutrition
• Keep residents' living areas clean, orderly, and welcoming
• Document care provided and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• A caring, patient, and dependable attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Must be comfortable assisting with daily living activities and mobility support
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic resident care and safety procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and position residents
• Observation and documentation skills for reporting care needs
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
