Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meals
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to maintain comfort and safety
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Champion the dignity and independence of every resident

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required for resident care
• Good communication skills and a team player

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic resident care and safety protocols
• Comfortable using electronic health records or willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and families
• Ability to follow care plans and respond quickly in emergencies
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
