Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts (day or night) as needed, including weekends and holidays

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Assist with daily living activities and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Prior experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
Skill in using medical equipment like blood pressure cuffs and thermometers
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Excellent observation and reporting skills
Cultural sensitivity and patient-centered approach
