Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in need
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
• Help patients with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
• Document patient care activities with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• A genuine passion for patient care and helping others
• Ability to pass a background check and present state or federal ID at the facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and a professional attitude
• No prior experience? We welcome new CNAs ready to learn and grow

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
• Strong attention to detail in documentation
