Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time, any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Directing an activity program to meet patients' social, recreational, physical, educational, and spiritual needs
Assessing patients' needs and developing programs to enhance their well-being
Managing budgets and personnel
Coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Three years of experience as an Activities Coordinator
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid driver's license
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Experience working in a hospital or long-term care facility

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Activity program planning
Assessment and program development
Budget development and management
Personnel management
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Workers
