Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients, following physician orders and referrals with a holistic approach to improve daily living skills.
• Create and update personalized treatment and discharge plans that empower patients to regain independence.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), ensuring best practices align with state regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care.
• Uphold the highest safety and regulatory standards while fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• You hold a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (MOT/OTD).
• You have or can obtain an active Washington state OT license.
• Your clinical, documentation, and communication skills are top-notch.

Education

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT/OTD) from an accredited program.

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of occupational therapy techniques and treatment planning.
• Skilled in patient evaluation and developing discharge plans.
• Proficient in documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
