Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends and PM shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures
Assist surgeons during a wide variety of cases including general, ortho, robotics, plastics, trauma, ENT, spine, urology, gyn, and neonate
Scrub and circulate as needed to support the surgical team
Maintain sterile fields and follow strict safety protocols
Collaborate with charge nurses and fellow techs to deliver exceptional patient care
Float to lithotripsy when your skills are needed

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
CST certification preferred
Experience with Cerner and Surginet EMR systems
Comfortable with first-time travelers welcome
Strong background in trauma, ortho trauma, and general surgery required
Robotics experience with Si and Xi systems is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in circulating and scrubbing techniques
Knowledge of general, ortho, robotics, plastics, trauma, ENT, spine, urology, gyn, and neonate procedures
Familiarity with Cerner and Surginet documentation systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced OR environment
Strong attention to detail and sterile technique
