Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
- Perform modified barium swallow studies to assess swallowing function
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adult and infant patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on communication and swallowing strategies
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
- Experience performing modified barium swallow studies required
- Comfortable working with both adult acute care and premature infants in NICU
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
