Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of 12 patients per day
Provide compassionate care across mostly orthopedic conditions with opportunities to support acute inpatient needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and return to active lifestyles
Maintain accurate documentation while fostering strong relationships with patients in a welcoming athletic-club setting

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
BLS certification required
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a variety of diagnoses typical in a small-town setting
Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative rehab team
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
