Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain mobility and strength through personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual goals
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Electronic medical records documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
