Location: Centennial, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients across medical-surgical and telemetry units
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Administer medications including heparin drips while maintaining safety standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Float across various specialties including cardiac, neuro, oncology, rehab, renal, bariatrics, ortho, trauma, and ED observation
Support patients through post-surgical recovery and manage diverse diagnoses with skill and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical telemetry experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile zone and adapt to various patient acuities

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for diverse patient populations
Comfort with floating between units and adapting to different care environments
Experience with telemetry monitoring and drip titration
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed
