Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, compassionate emergency care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions
• Triage patients by acuity and prioritize care accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to stabilize and treat emergencies
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Provide clear communication and education to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• At least one year of ED/ER nursing experience is strongly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Triage and emergency assessment
• IV insertion, medication administration, and emergency interventions
• Critical thinking and quick decision-making
• Electronic health record (EHR) charting
• Patient education and family support
