Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver precise radiation treatments using advanced techniques like External beam (EBRT), Proton Therapy, and IMRT
- Collaborate with oncology teams to provide exceptional patient care during 3D-CRT, IGRT, SRT, and VMAT procedures
- Operate state-of-the-art equipment including TrueBeam, Vision RT, and Aria systems
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery for approximately 34 patients daily
- Maintain detailed documentation in EPIC and Aria electronic medical records
- Support both external beam and internal radiation therapy treatments with precision and compassion
Qualifications
- ARRT (T) certification required
- Current BLS certification
- 1-3 years of radiation therapy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse patient populations
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in External beam (EBRT), internal (IRT), and Proton Therapy techniques
- Experience with 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, and VMAT treatment planning
- Familiar with EPIC, Aria, TrueBeam, Vision RT, and CT imaging systems
- Knowledge of brachytherapy, permanent implants, and Gamma knife procedures
- Understanding of microwave and TomoTherapy treatments
