Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver personalized treatment plans
- Administer medications and manage life-support equipment with precision
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery expectations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- ICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical care nursing protocols
- Advanced cardiac life support
- Patient assessment and monitoring
