Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat 9-11 patients daily with personalized care plans
- Help patients recover from orthopedic surgeries, joint replacements, and neurological conditions
- Address vestibular and balance challenges to improve quality of life
- Collaborate with PTA team members to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation
- Document progress using Cerner EMR to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapy license required
- BLS certification needed
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Comfortable treating orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular patients
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication with patients and care teams
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Familiarity with outpatient rehab protocols
