Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Treat 8-10 patients per day with personalized care
- Provide outpatient physical therapy for general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall prevention
- Work with a large geriatric population to improve mobility and quality of life
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PT Manager, PTA's, and Rehab Techs
Qualifications
- 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS and CPR certification required
- EMR experience preferred
- Current Physical Therapist license
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy techniques
- General ortho and neuro rehabilitation
- Vestibular and BPPV treatment
- Geriatric fall prevention strategies
- Electronic medical records documentation
