Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with compassion and expertise to restore function and mobility.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that make a real difference in patients' lives.
• Document services accurately and timely to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to create a comprehensive approach to recovery.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards to deliver the highest quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active New Hampshire PT license or ability to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
