Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions tailored to each patient's plan of care and goals
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment with precision and care
• Empower patients through education and home exercise programs that accelerate recovery
• Communicate effectively with supervising physical therapists to ensure seamless care
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license (or the ability to obtain one) - we will help if needed!
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• A genuine passion for helping patients restore mobility and improve their quality of life

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Physical therapy techniques and intervention strategies
• Accurate clinical documentation and record keeping
• Patient education and home exercise instruction
