Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions according to each patient's PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs to promote independence
• Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising physical therapist
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards every day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Montana state PTA license or ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in physical therapy interventions and treatment plan implementation
• Strong clinical documentation and patient education abilities
• Knowledge of safety compliance and infection control practices
• Great communication skills for teamwork and patient interactions
• Comfortable collaborating across disciplines to achieve patient goals
