Location: Parkville, MD

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist during dental procedures and adjustments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and develop dental X-rays as directed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
- Orthodontic experience is a plus
- Maryland dental assistant certification or license required
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
- Proficiency in digital radiography
- Strong attention to detail and infection control
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
