Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Evening shift, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (per diem basis)

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including administering medications and treatments
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Assist with daily living activities and personal care
Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in patient condition

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in the state of Maine (required)
Current BLS certification (required)
Minimum 6 months of recent LPN experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing procedures and best practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs
