Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM with every other weekend commitment

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care that brightens days
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch support
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

Active LNA license in VT or NH
COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
Reliable personal transportation
Commitment to every other weekend
Approved RTO prior to start

Education

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Vital signs monitoring
