Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and nourishment
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact eligibility where applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to stand, lift, and assist patients for extended periods
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in documentation and patient monitoring
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of patient safety and infection control practices
• Empathy and patience when caring for others
