Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Epic Resolute Professional Billing application configuration, testing, and production issue resolution
• Analyze charge capture, claims, denials, workqueues, remittance, and reimbursement workflows to optimize revenue cycle
• Collaborate with revenue integrity, finance, coding, and patient access teams to streamline billing operations
• Drive upgrade and go-live readiness through integrated testing, reporting validation, and stabilization activities
• Document findings and communicate effectively with U.S. healthcare teams across time zones

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, or application support
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, or revenue cycle systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and confidential data handling (HIPAA-style)
• Ability to work remotely and support delivery across time zones with clear documentation

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) expertise
• Revenue cycle management and billing workflow knowledge
• Claims, denials, charge router, and workqueue proficiency
• Experience with Clarity, SQL, and reporting tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
