Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Epic and healthcare analytics by developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
• Use SQL, Clarity, Caboodle, and other healthcare data sources to extract, transform, and validate data
• Partner with clinical, operational, and payer stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity, perform validation testing, and document workflows and reporting logic
• Collaborate with application and implementation teams to support Epic Tapestry and payer operations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, or analytics
• Strong proficiency in Epic Tapestry, EHR/EMR systems, or revenue cycle platforms
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare teams in a remote environment
• Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy regulations
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic reporting, Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Power BI, Tableau, or Python for visualization and analysis
• Healthcare data validation and KPI definition
• Payer/provider data analytics background
• Experience with dashboards and performance metrics
