Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis and scaling to promote optimal oral health
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans
• Follow strict infection control protocols to keep every patient safe

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in dental hygiene preferred
• A friendly, patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Proficiency in dental radiography
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
