Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care by performing dental cleanings and assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Take and process dental X-rays, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment
• Document patient care and treatment plans with precision
• Build trusting relationships with patients through compassionate communication

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a clinical dental setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours on an as-needed basis

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and equipment
• Proficiency in taking and interpreting dental radiographs
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
