Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to pediatric dentists during examinations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
• Take digital x-rays and impressions with a gentle, child-friendly approach
• Educate young patients and their families about oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Keep the dental office organized and stocked for seamless operations

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training is preferred
• Prior experience in a dental office, especially pediatrics, is a strong plus
• Current CPR/BLS certification is a bonus
• Comfortable working evening hours
• A warm, patient, and energetic personality that kids love

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of dental instruments, materials, and sterilization techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Empathy and patience when caring for children
