Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and oral hygiene services
• Perform dental cleanings and thorough oral examinations
• Educate patients on proper oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with a variety of patients and dental procedures

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
• Excellent patient education and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and infection control practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
