Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during periodontal procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
• X-ray certification required
• Experience in periodontal assisting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Current CPR certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and record-keeping
• Aseptic and sterilization techniques
• Patient management and customer service skills
• Team collaboration and adaptability
