Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and examinations with precision and care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Document patient care thoroughly in electronic records
- Collaborate with dentists to provide comprehensive treatment
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
- CPR certification (BLS)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in dental instruments and equipment
- Knowledge of infection control protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
