Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
- CPR certification required
- Experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
- Ability to read and interpret dental radiographs
- Strong patient education skills
- Detail-oriented and compassionate
