Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
- Perform cleanings, exams, and preventive treatments
- Educate patients on oral health and home care
- Assist the dentist with procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and patient education skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques and instrumentation
- Knowledge of oral health conditions and preventive care
- Strong interpersonal and patient rapport-building skills
- Attention to detail and infection control protocols
