Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Support mealtime assistance and proper documentation of care given
Build rapport with patients and families to deliver person-centered care
Collaborate with the care team to follow care plans and improve outcomes

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
Active, up-to-date CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must be able to pass background check and any required health screenings
Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability
Previous long-term care or clinical experience preferred but not mandatory

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: vital signs, safe patient transfers, ADL assistance
Strong observation skills and the ability to document accurately
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
Familiarity with infection control and standard safety procedures
